Maybe you could fix this very ugly "popup gets focus" usability issue:

And showing repository for package is really a must:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=330711
It's easy to break the system not knowing the repository.

Being able to choose repository for package is also very useful:
If you have two parallel repositories with the same packages and you
must not mix package and required packages from these sources, then the
only way is manual fixing the repository. Otherwise you depend on
Release number, which might cause package clash (package foo from
repository a, package needed-for-foo from repository b).
