I especially like this one:

        List the goals of the openSUSE GNOME Team
            * Next 90 days
            * Future 

I think the above will make it very easy for people to participate in
the project.

About your meetings, would it be a good idea to perhaps have an open
meeting in IRC before you have your internal meeting? Such a meeting
would have a basic agenda, containing items that you will discuss
internally and allow the community to give their input.
