[opensuse-gnome] removing meinproc calls from GNOME packages

Hallo.
After a longer research, it seems that calling meinproc in GNOME
packages is no longer needed and that KDE can render GNOME documentation
correctly even without it, because it has its own ghelp ioslave.
Going to remove from all Factory GNOME packages.
