Salut Jean,

I am from the US, but live in France and have been involved in setting
up an "Association de le loi 1901". The German eV rules are quite
different from France, and the US as well.

Quite a lot of what is permissible is outside the scope of bylaws, but
established by civil law. If you need me to try to translate into
French, do not hesitate, but I am an anglophone.
