Feature added by: rens groenewegen (rensg) Feature #315838, revision 1 Title: more ram / more diskspace for susestudio, perhaps based on software type SUSE Studio: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Important Requested by: rens groenewegen (rensg) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: one of the big plusses of studio is you can try before you download. Alas, if the software *requires* more diskspace than 4 GB or more memory than 1 GB, we bite the dust, hard limits prevent this from happening. which means we are forced to download over and over again until we get it right...... gigabytes of bandwidth usage are being wasted, I think ? anyway, if it was possible to have more ram / diskspace for this one hour, perhaps based on when you have software loaded that is known to need more than the usual, I think that would be a big plus. examples ? JBOSS / graylog / elasticsearch, websphere community edition, PS3 Media server they all require more than 1 GB ( 2 usually does the trick ) and in the case of database stuff, they usually need 8 or 16 GB -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/315838
