The user will just right click on the folder he/she wants to share and a proper sync - desync option will come up in the menu which will enable the user to link/delink his folder with owncloud. Test Case: The user clicks on the folder to sync/desync it with owncloud but the folder doesn't get sync. This might be because there is no owncloud instance on the machine of the user. The user will be prompted to take the necessary actions then and will also have an option to report his error if it is an internal working error. Otherwise if everything is working then the user won't face much of a problem and successfully the option clicked by the user will be performed on the folder Use Case: 1) Achieve Goal The user right clicks on the folder or the file that he wants to share and gets the option of syncing/ desyncing the folder/file with owncloud alongwith the regular right-click options 2) Abandon Goal he user right clicks on the folder or the file that he wants to share and somehow doesn't get the option of syncing/ desyncing the folder/file with owncloud then the appropriate message showing error and cause of error is shown to the user with the option of reporting the error Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: The present scenario in owncloud is if there is an instance of owncloud running on the machine then the user will need to login there . After logging in user will have to choose the files/folders he wants to share. If the user is browsing through his files he doesn't have the option of choosing it there only . He will have to come to his browser window and go to owncloud tab to share.
