Feature added by: Alex Müller (Larx) Feature #313308, revision 1 Title: IntegratePIM-Sync Solution (e.g. SyncEvolution) openSUSE Distribution: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Important Requested by: Alex Müller (larx) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: openSUSE lacks a proper solution for synchronization with PIM devices etc. (Only speaking for KDE, as I don't use Gnome). There is in some repository Kitchensync, but that seems unmaintained and stagnating. Opensync does never seem to work, too. I recently discovered SyncEvolution. In contrary to what the name suggest, current versions not only support Evolution, but there is also an Akonadi backend, and seemingly also a Qt interface is in the works. Fedora packages work on openSUSE 12.1 for a test run. Maybe this could be a cross-desktop sync solution. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/313308
