Description: 
As LXDE is intended to provide a LEIGHTWEIGHT desktop environment, unnecessary 
bloats like tracker should not be provided with it.

Unfortunately the openSUSE pattern for LXDE contains Brasero, which 
automatically brings tracker as a dependency. 
 
Business case (Partner benefit): 
openSUSE.org: We want to keep a L ightweight- X - D esktop- E nvironment 
LIGHTWEIGHT.
