Discussion:
#1: Andreas Jaeger (a_jaeger) (2010-11-03 11:08:41)
Harald Hoyer from Red Hat talked to Hannes and Michal about dracut, the
new Fedora initramfs, at the openSUSE conference and he added it to the
SUSE buildservice:

I'm personnaly not sure if moving to dracut would be a good move: SUSE
mkinitrd has been rewritten (for 11.2) and seems really flexible and
easy to use.
#3: Andreas Jaeger (a_jaeger) (2010-11-03 13:17:57) (reply to #2)
That's why the mkinitrd authors sat together at the openSUSE conference
with Harald and discussed it.
