Feature changed by: Genix Info (genixinfo)
Feature #312714, revision 10
Title: openSUSE Linux 12.1: Create a new AppArmor.

openSUSE Distribution: Unconfirmed
Priority
Requester: Important

Requested by: Genix Info (genixinfo)
Partner organization: openSUSE.org

Description:
My suggestion is to join all the features of AppArmor 2.3
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AppArmor) ,with SELinux
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SELinux) , the MSEC
(http://wiki.mandriva.com/en/msec) , the TOMOYO Linux
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOMOYO_Linux) and grsecurity
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grsecurity) , after this union of
features, it would create a new AppArmor 3, more everything that was
spoken in the feature: 312708 (312708)

#2: Genix Info (genixinfo) (2011-08-05 17:58:49)
My suggestion is to complement what exists, to get better: AppArmor 3

#3: Genix Info (genixinfo) (2011-08-06 17:39:02)
About AppArmor, I summarize what is needed in some links: chkrootkit
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chkrootkit) , rkhunter
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rkhunter) , MAC
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandatory_access_control) , RBAC
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Role-based_access_control) and ACLs
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_control_list) . A review on the
subject: Linux Kernel Security (SELinux vs AppArmor vs Grsecurity)

If you can be allowed to make multiple feature requests that only
consist of naming every single product in a category and suggesting the
openSUSE team merge them all together, I'm going to file a request in
identical format suggesting we take Windows 7, openSUSE, BSD, Android,
iOS, WebOS and OSX and combine them together.

#5: Genix Info (genixinfo) (2011-08-07 01:05:28)
You want me to be more specific, so here it goes: Rookit
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit) attacks. I know, I gotta go
straight at the root of my idea. Regarding the posts on the forum, I
think the more people thinking, faster, you arrive at a consensus.

+ #6: Genix Info (genixinfo) (2011-08-09 21:02:11)
+ I have no pseudocode, I do not want to generalize. I suggest that
+ AppArmor, act as the MSEC. See how it works: The MSEC is a software
+ that has some safety rules, safety rules among these is chkrootkit. The
+ MSEC monitors and reports any changes that interfere with system
+ security.
