Description:
  KDE has monthly updates and mainly depends on Qt. Qt only has updates
  from time to time. If you have crashes with KDE apps which are caused
  by (resolved) Qt bugs (e.g. ¹²) we push them
  (days/weeks/months/years/decades?) in front of us until a new Qt
  release. Since a roadmap and/or monthly releases are not relevant for
  Qt/Nokia³ we should provide own monthly releases of specific current
  stable branch in KDE:Qt together with KDE in KDE:Distro:Factory (it
  _link/_aggregate KDE:Qt). May creating additional repositories in KDE:
  Distro:Factory and KDE:Unstable:SC building against a KDE:QtFactory
  repository which includes mentioned above "releases" could also do the
  job ...
