Description:
  The PyGreSQL (http://www.pygresql.org) version shipped with openSUSE
  11.2 is 3.8.1 which has been superseded by PyGreSQL 4.0 already 11
  months ago. The new version has several important improvements
  (http://www.pygresql.org/changelog.html) , so it would be highly
  desirable to update the package in openSUSE.
