Description:
  The Build Service web interface should allow to switch to an expanded
  view (unlayered, with package patches applied) as alternate view. This
  would ease debugging of other people build problems and is also nicer
  for upstream/anonymous users (Fate#306192) without having to checkout
  via osc for expanded version.
