Feature changed by: Rémy Marquis (Spyhawk) Feature #308514, revision 8 Title: Start OS xyz buttons (already exists - please close) - openSUSE-11.3: Unconfirmed + openSUSE-11.3: Rejected by Rémy Marquis (spyhawk) + reject reason: Feature already exists. Priority Requester: Important Requested by: alles Quarks (allesquarks) Description: In previous Versions of Opensuse in KDE 3.x in Kicker there were buttons to start other OS that were known to grub. Klicking one of these items, grub bootet directly into that system. Since kde4 people like me, who boot to suse by default, have to wait for shutdown and the grub menu, otherwise booting into suse again. Discussion: #1: Markus K (kamikazow) (2009-12-12 12:04:29) There's a drop-down menu in the reboot confirmation window. It features OS selection. #2: alles Quarks (allesquarks) (2010-01-25 15:37:33) Actually I tried hard to find that drop down menu. Since this menu is so small it shouldn't be hard to find. Perhaps its just not working for me. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/308514
