Description:
  The user management allow also to use groups for permission settings.
  However, the current implementation is not yet finished.
  This feature is about to complete it and to allow group permission
  handling for
  * attribute settings
  * package and project permissions
  * request and review handling
   
   
  Discussion:
  #1: Adrian Schröter (adriansuse) (2010-03-08 11:18:28) 
  in theory, everything is implemented in master. Just needs more
  testing.
