Description:
  Currently there is no openSUSE RPM that provides the Perl module TAP::
  Harness.pm, although this module is very convenient for running unit
  tests.
  $ perl -e 'use TAP::Harness;' Can't locate TAP/Harness.pm in @INC (@INC
