Feature changed by: Thomas Schmidt (digitaltomm) Feature #308906, revision 2 Title: Dots in user name cause errors but are allowed - Buildservice: Unconfirmed + Buildservice: Done Priority Requester: Neutral Requested by: Timo Jyrinki (tjyrinki) Description: Hi. In a local OBS 1.7(ish), I created myself an user name firstname. lastname (timo.jyrinki). It was allowed, but trying to access any projects or user information caused errors when logged in to the web UI. Figured out eventually that using a user name without a dot in it resolved the problem for me. Anyway, most probably some people might want to use firstname.lastname formula. Test Case: 1. Create user firstname.lastname 2. Log in with that user account 3. Click the user name (to go into account settings) - + Discussion: + #1: Thomas Schmidt (digitaltomm) (2010-02-02 15:07:47) + Fixed in git.
