Description:
  Right mouse click option to turn on and off the bar on the KDE Desktop
  Folder
   
  Business case (Partner benefit):
  openSUSE.org: 99% of the time I enter the Desktop Folder is to run an
  application therefore having the bar appear every time is most
  annoying. For me it spoils a fantastic desktop environment!
