Feature #306305, revision 10
Title: iFolder for openSUSE 11.2

openSUSE-11.2: Done
Priority
Requester: Important

Requested by: Michael Löffler (michl19)
Partner organization: openSUSE.org

Description:
Getting iFolder in a state where we first can get it into Factory and
then add it to openSUSE 11.2. iFolder is a simple and secure storage
solution that increases productivity by enabling to back up, access and
manage personal files-from anywhere, at any time. Once installed, it
simply saves files locally and iFolder automatically updates the files
on a network server and delivers them to a different machines in
usage.

Business case (Partner benefit):
openSUSE.org: Different people at different locations can work jointly
on the same file. They always can find on the server the most current
version of the file as iFolder keeps it up to date. iFolder allows more
efficient collaboration

With ifolder moving back into the open source world and plenty of
people anxiously waiting for it I can't imagine that this won't happen
on its own. At the very least I think it will be available for openSUSE
11.1 and in turn factory pending any distro red tape :)

I think this feature can change the Status since it's available.

its in the update channel for 11.1.  At least just the client.  I'm not
sure if this has been added to 11.2/factory.

+ Do we have iFolder rpms on 11.2 ?? I downloaded milestone7 from
+ http://software.opensuse.org/developer/ and ISO doesn't seem to have
+ it.  Can some one confirm on this.
