  Title: Need ability to add business case during fate creation over

Description:
  When creating a new feature using fate.novell.com you have the ability
  to create a use case, test case, but not the ability to add a business
  case. Can we get that option added as well?

  Oh, this is pretty important indeed, for the internal interface but
  especially for partnerFATE. Don't we have this there? Klaas?

  No, it is not there indeed. I agree we should have it there. However,
  for openFATE I would love to display a different label than
  "Businesscase" because that is not really an open source term ;-) Any
  suggestions?

  How about "Why do we want this?". Seriously, I thought about it a bit,
  and this (or something similar) might describe it best.

  Another possible option is something like "Impact Analysis" but I could
  also see that one being interpreted incoreectly.
