That's already the default anyway, but how does one specify which kernels to keep using this directory?
Add a line like:
multiversion.kernels = latest,latest-1,running
to /etc/zypp/zypp.conf
Really, in the main threads according trouble here, it was requested to don't change any config file manually?! So on the end of the day, the information shared in the list must be aligned, or you lost additional users of openSUSE. If I remind well, there is a similar named setting in the Sysconfig File.
