Hello, I've upgraded to 20200110-395.1 today with the new NetworkManager 1.22.2. DHCP didn't work and neither did manual IP config, device state kept going down and up. My wired device didn't come up, I fixed it by removing the whole configuration device in NetworkManager and added a new one on that specific device. Seems to work fine now although now I can't compare with the previous config... I also don't remember to have "special" config in there. NetworkManager printed the following error: Jan 13 09:17:02 lpc023 NetworkManager[1562]: <info> [1578903422.6531] device (enp0s31f6): state change: config -> ip-config (reason 'none', sys-iface- state: 'managed') Jan 13 09:17:02 lpc023 NetworkManager[1562]: <info> [1578903422.6533] dhcp4 (enp0s31f6): activation: beginning transaction (timeout in 45 seconds) Jan 13 09:17:08 lpc023 NetworkManager[1562]: <info> [1578903428.5998] device (enp0s31f6): state change: ip-config -> unavailable (reason 'carrier-changed', sys-iface-state: 'managed') Jan 13 09:17:08 lpc023 NetworkManager[1562]: <info> [1578903428.6211] dhcp4 (enp0s31f6): canceled DHCP transaction Jan 13 09:17:08 lpc023 NetworkManager[1562]: <info> [1578903428.6211] dhcp4 (enp0s31f6): state changed unknown -> done Jan 13 09:17:08 lpc023 NetworkManager[1562]: <info> [1578903428.6226] manager: NetworkManager state is now DISCONNECTED -- Maarten Wouters -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
