Hi, Being part of both upstream and openSUSE LXQt team here are my 5ct.
What's missing? NetworkManager-applet, not installed, is described as GTK. Isn't there supposed to be something for NM not based upon GTK?
It depends what you want. If you prefer cli, you can use nm-cli. If you want qt applet, check lxqt wiki for tips for applets. I just do not know if they are already packaged for openSUSE. https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt/wiki/Third-party-apps#networking
We ship the GTK version since thats the most reliable gui version currently. Debian etc also ship the GTK version btw. I packaged nm-tray( https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:LXQt/nm-tray ). But even the upstream author is not sure how well it behaves ;-) nm-tray is not part of LXQt yet, but developed by one of LXQts main devs. Once he feels it's ready it will be moved to the LXQt organization. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
