Since about v5 of the kernel, Tumbleweed on my wife's AMD laptop (Dell Inspiron 11 3000) no longer allows suspension (rather, freezer upun awakening).
I got it working again with installing a kernel v4 but now lostit in a zypper dup.
Is there a place I can find older Tumbleweed ISOs with Kernel4?
Thanks Milan
PS: I cannot use http://review.tumbleweed.boombatower.com/ snapshots for this as disk is sooo limited on this laptop
Also, https://download.opensuse.org/ now only has the latest ISOs That's just a workaround that will work temporarily. If you still have /can get the kernel 4 packages, you could perform a forced install, then use zypper to lock the package version.
But, it would be better to diagnose what goes wrong, so it can be fixed. Another option you have is to install Leap 15.1 on her laptop. Does she actually need TW right now? -- Gertjan Lettink a.k.a.
