Hello users of openQA, I would like to make you aware of a new feature in openQA. With http://open.qa/docs/#_triggering_tests_based_on_an_any_remote_git_refspec_or... it is possible to run tests on a openQA instance based on any git repository/branch/refspec. That means for example to try out changes to our common openSUSE (or SLE) tests on a production instance, for example openqa.opensuse.org, anyone that has "operator" permissions on that instance can schedule tests based on a personal github repo before the changes are merged into the main codeline. Other test development tricks exist as well that should make working with openQA easier, take a look on http://open.qa/docs/#_test_development_tricks If you want to read more about openQA in general visit http://open.qa/ There is also a single HTML file document http://open.qa/docs/ as well as a PDF version http://open.qa/docs/current.pdf Have fun, Oliver -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
