[opensuse-factory] Blender 3D (3D animation software) broken UI, I suspect that this result from updating python 3.6 to 3.7. But no dependency error were shown when install.

Blender 3D is broken with broken UI (no button or anything, just plain background). I suspect it is cause by updating python 3.6 to 3.7. But no dependency issue was alert and install like normal. Starting Blender from terminal results in multiple spams of RNA_string_set: OperatorProperties.data_path not found.
