You can "reopen" a bug, if you are not happy with the result like "won't fixed". IIRC, you cannot open a CLOSED bug, only a RESOLVED or VERIFIED one.
Adding to the confusion, YOU cannot even CLOSE a bug, you need special permissions for that (again, IIRC)
I thought everyone can. But I might be wrong ;) Not sure if the setting 'CLOSED' really has any additional value. For 'VERIFIED' I see one, but for 'CLOSED' I fail to see it. If anyone knows one (that is not jsut theoretical, of course) be so kind to enlighten me.
I'm quite sure Stefan Behlert can CLOSE SLES bugs ;-)
I will not get lured into this discussion by you ;) :) ciao, Stefan
But a bug gets only closed after everyone is really done with it. Again, IIRC.
