I recommend to first uninstall libopenssl-1_0_0-devel
I use it to build SSL related XS modules in perl5 I use it to build claws-mail from git I use it to ... I use it a lot.
I think that anyone building SSL related stuff on a development sytem will require libopenssl-devel
