What's going on with this? I don't know how to interpret the many lnussel entries in the BS request history.
I submitted it to Leap and SLE simultaneously, but the Leap SR got declined with the reason that the SLE fix will arrive in Leap quickly enough anyway. The SLE request is still stuck for some reason, which should most definitely not have happened. I pinged the maintenance team to unblock it, but sadly this means it'll take around a month to arrive in Leap. I'll try to speed it up a bit though.
Is someone trying to push Lars' proposed fix upstream instead of carrying an openSUSE patch? If yes, where is its discussion to be found?
Upstream made very clear that they do not want this fix, but the SLE Desktop Team is currently trying to push it. Let's see. If nothing happens until Leap 15, I'll try to get the patch in there as well.
