Hi, so if we know a bug is fixed in a later version of openSUSE, should that be reported as fixed or "works for me"?
If it is fixed in all supported versions (Leap 42.2 / 42.3 + Tumbleweed) I think it should just be closed as fixed but leave a comment as to which version its known to be fixed in.
And just to clarify, if there is a bug we cannot reproduce in a supported version, would that resolved as "works for me"?
I think this one is more subjective, if it seems like the bug should be easy to reproduce based off the given steps and you no longer can then its probably reasonable. If its a bug that only happens occasionally and is hard to reproduce i'm not sure if closing it as "Works for Me" is the best wording but at the same time if the bug hasn't had any activity for a few years it should likely be closed as if its not fixed now its not likely to be but I don't know what the best way to close it would be. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B
