It kind of exists, both in the web interface (right column) and on command line (output of "osc rq show ..." command). But neither is really easy to read; for me, "osc rq show" is easier to understand but it still offers a lot of space for improvement. There is some logic behind it but it's not really friendly even to someone who submits one package per month or so.
