I think i had the same problem after an update, i had got a mixed up release
because of my repos and i forgot to add "--no-allow-vendor-change" to my
zypper dup.
Try right clicking the icon and selecting Properties and just accepting the
dialog that pops up. I found this restored my icons without doing anything
else.
