2) python3-pyside-devel is compiled with ENABLE_VERSION_SUFFIX=TRUE in order to have a non conflicting pkgconfig file. I believe it would be more appropriate to disable ENABLE_VERSION_SUFFIX and instead provide pkconfig file suffixed with the %{pyver} i.e. pyside-py3.pc

The two above issues stop packages such as yubikey-piv-manager from ever launching since it depends on the egg-info files from pyside.
