[opensuse-factory] Bug in Tumbleweed snapshot 20160730

If you are running TW in a VirtualBox Virtual Machine, DO NOT install this snapshot!!!!! There is a bug that breaks xboxvideo for both KDE and Gnome. Not only does the new 4.7.0-1 kernel fail to boot to X, but something has broken X even when using older kernels. The specifics of the problem are unknown, but you have been warned.
