With this update, zypper dup does not update all kernel packages from 4.6.3-1.2 to 4.6.3-1.3.
It skips updates of the packages kernel-default and kernel-default-devel, but it updates kernel-devel and kernel-syms.
Example:

This request will break your system! kernel-default-4.6.3-1.3.i586 conflicts with libc.so.6()(64bit) provided by glibc-2.23-5.1.x86_64
Zypper dup would not select the i586 kernel for you - so why do YOU?
The fact that not all kernel-* packages are fully in sync does not cause a problem, unless you create it.
You are right. The problem is that the new x86_64 kernel-default isn't still available, probably just on my mirror. In this case I chose the new i586 kernel by mistake, which is there. I'll be patient. Sorry. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
