It's probably too late, as I still don't really get what you are trying to say... But from a pure guess: yes, once gcc6 hits us to be the default compiler, we will once again see a full rebuild. Now obviously, i will try to schedule this not to happen just this week, as we just got such a big snapshot... And staging this is likely going to take a couple more days / weeks.
I suggest you formulate questions around the facts you are quoting - or you risk people guessing answers to completely different questions than what you had in mind.
