Scenario: You send using from: foo@yahoo. It gets to opensuse.org, which sends to people, including you. Your receiving server (yahoo) sees a "from: foo@yahoo", but coming from IP=XX.YY.WW.ZZ that belongs to opensuse.org, not to yahoo. If the dmarc policy for yahoo is "reject", your own mail is rejected as false and you do not get it.
