[opensuse-factory] Git Source in OBS

Hi, I am looking to build phantom.js on OBS on Suse12.1 . The code for phantom.js is structured in such a way that it requires to fetch the source code for QT test suite from GIT Hub repository while building the code . Is there any way we can do that in a spec file or do we need to download all the code and in a tarball before starting the build.
