As far as I understood this RPM still requires manual link for browser plugin, at least that is what Carlos wrote. Looking at RPMs
Adobe install browser into /usr/lib64/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so
openSUSE RPM installs it into
install -Dm 0644 libflashplayer.so %{buildroot}%{_libdir}/browser-plugins/libflashplayer.so
No, it is not needed, the setup script run in %post is handling the symlink creation (I checked ;)
there are also some cosmetic improvements in openSUSE RPM regarding DE integration.
To be honest, I'm not sure it is worth it ;) And I prefer to trade this in exchange of "up to date" package regarding security fixes.. -- Frederic Crozat Enterprise Desktop Release Manager SUSE -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
