via zypper dup, no, although some people say they have done it. Apparently you have to first update the entire zypper stack, perhaps some system libraries. If it crashes the system will be unbootable. It is better to do it from another system, like booting the installation DVD, and choosing upgrade; although (unless it has been corrected) the 32 bit partition will not be detected automatically, and when forced, it will give a big warning against proceeding. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E.
