On my workstation where I have more free disk-space than I know what to do with, I use zypper mr --keep-packages --all Checking the cache for factory: embla:~ # ls -1 /var/cache/zypp/packages/factory/suse/x86_64/ | wc -l 8382 About time I run zypper clean. Not done since openSUSE-release-20150218-1.2.x86_64.rpm.
