[opensuse-factory] iniparser will see a delete request soon

Hi, with https://build.suse.de/request/show/62782 the Samba package no longer requires libiniparser-devel at build-time. On my Factory system nothing complained when libinparser0 got removed. Please speak up if there still is any use case to keep the iniparser package sources available in the openSUSE Build Service.
