Looks like Factory lost the B_CNT in the uname -r string, which caused the file conflict. kernel packages are not handled by build-compare for various reasons. The technical reasons are not fully solved. And once they are, it would still need a decision if its desirable to let the %version-%release string diverge across packages and architectures.
