Something has happened to my printing. I can print test pages from the printer but nothing from my desktop computer.

I'm having problems with my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M176n too. It worked great in 13.1 but not anymore after moving to a fresh install of 13.2 (hplip 3.14.6). The printer is detected (via usb) and configured fine by both hplip and YaST. And hplip reports everything should be configured and working correctly - also the required proprietary plugin is installed correctly according to hplip. However when configured with hplip it will not print anything. The printer receives the job, and says "printing..." on the LCD display, but it doesn't even try to print. When configuring with YaST I found a ppd file for my printer where I can actually print, but not in color, and stuff will be misplaced on the paper and there will be funky artifacts etc. (I tried printing from KMail, Okular, LibreOffice and Firefox, and all produces flaky results). I haven't had time to troubleshoot and experiment very much yet. But I'm also greatly interested in pointers for fixing, troubleshooting or workarounds from someone who understands printing. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
