No, switching to grub legacy doesnt help. But I found that if I start yast2 bootloader, Click Edit -> fill Additional Xen Hypervisor Parameters it works. Yast just ignoring for some reason parameters set through config file.
Should I file bug report?
Hmm, let me think about it...

What script using entries from /etc/sysconfig/bootloader? I've trying to set XEN_APPEND parameter, but this ignored by yast-bootloader, and even cleared after yast-bootloader run.
Hmm, Yast modifies/clears a config file without anybody asking it to do so. Yes, that's what I call a bug ;-) (as usual, attach the y2logs)
grub2-mkconfig seems to ignore this too.
Nice, that's another bug ;-) As usual: if something looks strange, don't ask. Just open a bugreport. The worst thing that can happen is a reply saying "wontfix, that's intentional behaviour". IMHO that's still better than asking on the ML and then forgetting to open a bugreport ;-) Regards, Christian Boltz --
