Dumb question...
It seems like putting factory milestones on susestudio would really improve testing, because it would be so much easier for people to test their favorite program/configurations.
The feature request was rejected however because it's "not really doable... the way Studio is set up" ... https://features.opensuse.org/309314
That seems a shame. Has there been any recent improvment in the "the way Studio is set up" that would make this more doable?
Factory is a moving target and needs adjustments in Studio for full support - and Studio is not really setup for that kind of constant change... Studio's testing integration is great - but if you want to test, you can easily install using virtualbox, kvm, xen etc. Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn,Jennifer Guild,Felix Imendörffer,HRB16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
