is the same thing? Then there is no need to submit perl-Digest-MD5 to Factory. Term-Shell is nice to have in Factory for coding.

Adam, Per http://perldoc.perl.org/index-modules-D.html perl(Digest::MD5) is indeed a core module so it should not be in factory as a standalone. All, why do we maintain perl core modules as standalone modules in D:L:P in the first place? I find it confusing and in this case the version in D:L:P is a few releases behind so it seems it should be deleted.
