For some testing I need to have gcc in openSUSE 12.3, however trying to install gcc I have a large dependency problem. It is only possible to install after downgrading most if not all of KDE to 4.8.
You of course have to be more specific. Please quote the dependency issue.
Richard.
The problem is indeed that the wrong repositories, those of 12.2, are used. My system is a fresh installation of 12.3 M0 and in that installation apparently these wrong repositories are included. I was able to change 4 repositories to 12.3, Oss, Non-Oss, Debug, and Source. I disabled the DVD repository earlier and I have now disabled all remaining 12.2 repositories as well. Now gcc can be installed without a problem. -- fr.gr.
