: Hi,
I want to get some fixes into 12.2 before it's released but get this error:
The target project openSUSE:12.2 is not accepting requests because: Please submit updates via osc submitrequest to openSUSE:12.2:Update.
Should I really do this?
Yes... I did several fixes like that and they all worked.
(I usually did osc mr though.. so maintenance requests)
I had a similar question couple of days ago and for the osc usage recommended was
osc maintenancerequest SourceProject package openSUSE:12.2:Update
Worked like a charm
12.2 is accepting regular maintenance requests, like 12.1 and 11.4 do. The released 12.2 updates will be merged in the 12.2 codebase for the next RCs. Coolo is also merging some stuff over from Factory into 12.2 too still.
