I'm just curious as I have 4 running 12.2 Beta2 boxes all using grub2 and just running openSUSE. What are these problems and are you dual booting? I can't see any specifics just that it's "rubbish" so I'd like to know if there is a potential pitfall awaiting.
I've found that the screen resolution of my pre-existing 12.1 session is incorrect when booting from grub2. 12.2-B2 session is OK. Correct size is 1920x1080 but I get a 4:3 aspect ration instead. Cannot correct it from "System Settings - Size & Orientation" as only the one setting is available. I have reported it. -- Graham Davis, Bracknell, Berks. openSUSE 12.2 B2 (64-bit); KDE 4.8.4; AMD Phenom II X2 550 Processor; Video: nVidia GeForce 210 (using nouveau driver); Sound: ATI SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA); Wireless: BCM4306 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
